HILO-MATIC STICK PILOT

HILO-MATIC STICK PILOT

The Stick Pilot is designed to monitor and respond to the pressure fluctuations of a system. It can be installed as a Pressure Safety High (rising/increasing pressure) or Pressure Safety Low (falling/decreasing pressure) device. The setpoint is easily adjustable via the cap and the device will automatically reset. Four different pressure ranges are available by easily changing the piston arrangment. All the parts necessary to make the changes are provided with each stick pilot.

OVERVIEW

Reliable Pressure Monitoring for Safety Shutdown Systems

The HILO-Matic Stick Pilot is designed to automatically trigger emergency shutdowns when pressure fluctuations exceed or drop below predefined thresholds. Its rugged construction, interchangeable piston arrangements, and precise control features make it a dependable solution for wellsites, pipelines, and industrial safety systems. Built for harsh environments, it ensures long-term reliability with minimal maintenance.
